The In-TeaM project, "Improving the Pedagogical Skills of Teachers / Trainers of adults through the Use of Innovative Teaching Methods", is funded by the European Commission within the framework of the Lifelong Learning Program, GRUNDTVIG sub-program - Learning Partnerships.
The main objective of the partnership is to develop and exchange innovative approaches in adult education in order to enhance the quality of teaching and learning processes in participating countries. The exchange of good practices and experience between partners takes place during the participation of teachers and trainers from partner organizations in the workshops of the project.

The project's implementation activities are related to: The implementation of a total of 6 project meetings. Kick-off meeting, 4 working and 1 final meeting. At the kick-off meeting, the partners presented their organizations with 1-2 training methods. The partners selected a total of 11 methods to be included in the project and detailed in the workshops.
