Bimec has 15 + years of experience in the field of training, learning and consultancy provision for companies, NGOs and adult learners. Bimec and its experts have specific expertise in learning and development services provision to companies: trainings for soft skills and vocational trainings, team building concept creation and implementation, developing training content for face-to-face and e-learning. Bimec has the know how to design long-term training programmes for adult people, dedicated at sustainable behaviour change and long-term practical application.

We also have experience in using digital tools for blended learning solutions and solutions for work-based learning. Last but not least we extensively use gamification in our training programmes, both online and offline. Learning through experience and with the use of games has proven to be effective for our trainees.
